What Gatherly is for
Gatherly is a web app for anyone hosting an occasion: a birthday, a baby shower, an engagement, a wedding, a graduation, a dinner, a holiday party or a work event. It replaces the paper invitation, the group chat RSVP count and the shared spreadsheet with one page you design yourself and one link you send out.
Design the invitation
Start from one of 61 designs and change the words, colours, fonts, photos and artwork until it looks like your event.
Share one link
Send it on WhatsApp, by email or as a QR code. Guests open it in a browser; there is nothing for them to install.
Collect replies
Guests say whether they are coming, pick a meal, note allergies and answer your own questions.
Keep a gift list
Guests mark a gift as bought without anyone seeing who chose what.
Run the day
Track who has not replied, send reminders, hand out guest passes and check people in at the door.
Sign in when you’re ready
Design without an account; you need one only to save and publish. Google sign-in tells us your name, email address and profile picture, used only for your account and your events. We never sell your information.
