Online invitations and RSVPs

Gatherly is a web app for anyone hosting an occasion. Design an invitation, share one link, and keep every reply, meal choice and gift in one place.

What the app does

Gatherly replaces the paper invitation, the group-chat headcount and the shared spreadsheet. It is built for birthdays, baby showers, engagements, weddings, graduations, dinners, holiday parties and work events.

Why Gatherly asks to sign in with Google

You can design an invitation without an account. An account is needed only to save and publish one, and to see replies afterwards. You can sign in with an email address and password, or with Google.

Signing in with Google gives Gatherly three things and nothing else: your email address, your basic profile (name and profile picture) and your Google account identifier. They are used to create your account, to show you your own events and to write to you about them. Gatherly cannot see your Gmail, contacts, calendar or Drive, and never posts anything to your account. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including how the data is protected, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

What it costs, and who makes it

Gatherly is free to use. If paid plans are added, the price will be shown before anyone is asked to pay, and invitations already shared will keep working.

Gatherly is made and operated by Thimral, an independent software company in South Africa. It is a website, so there is nothing to download; it runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. For questions or support, write to contact@thimral.com.
